De Compagnie Makelaardij has been selling and letting houses in the Vecht river area since 1995, and in Het Gooi for many years as well. We are traditional estate agents in the best sense: we know our trade, we work on trust and discretion, and we keep things informal. Today you will find us in three offices: in Loenen aan de Vecht, in Bussum and, together with De Nederlanden, in Amsterdam, and we are members of the Dutch association of estate agents (NVM).

From one office in Loenen aan de Vecht
Roelof Noteboom grew up in Het Gooi and trained in estate agency in Amsterdam. He began his career in commercial property and later moved to the housing market. In 1995 he opened De Compagnie in Loenen aan de Vecht. More offices followed over the years, and today we work from Loenen aan de Vecht and Bussum.
Charlotte Hulsebosch spent years representing international fashion brands before she chose, quite deliberately, for the profession she grew up with as the daughter of an estate agent. Jort Zwagerman works for De Compagnie and for our Amsterdam partner office De Nederlanden, which helps anyone moving between the city and the Vecht. CHECK
Trust, discretion and knowing the trade
We live in the area where we work, several of us by the Loosdrecht lakes. That gives us a large local network and a feel for the market that you cannot get from figures alone. Our offices in Loenen aan de Vecht and Bussum, and the De Nederlanden office on Bosboom Toussaintstraat in Amsterdam, are staffed throughout the day and the door is open, so a cup of coffee and a question are always welcome.
Beyond buying, selling, letting and valuations, we develop and sell new build projects and give tailored advice when personal circumstances call for a careful approach. You will always hear what we really think.
