Your move in one pair of hands
Many of our clients move between Amsterdam and the villages of the Gooi and the Vecht river area: Loenen, Bussum, Hilversum and Blaricum. Together with our partner office De Nederlanden in Amsterdam we work in both markets, so we can sell and buy for you at the same time and line up the two completion dates.
The same person from start to finish
We cap the number of homes each agent takes on, so yours is never one file on a pile. You will not be passed from a valuer to a viewing assistant to a negotiator: the agent you meet first does the viewings, the bidding and the handover at the notary.
We tell you when not to buy
If a price does not make sense, or the foundation report worries us, we say so. Our fee is agreed before we start, so our advice never depends on the deal going ahead.
Listed buildings, foundations, zoning
Along the Vecht and in the Gooi the details decide the price. We read the zoning plan, the easements and the foundation survey, and translate what they mean for you.

The Dutch buying process, explained properly
Asking prices are a starting point, bids are blind, and the contract stage moves faster than in most countries. We wrote a guide that explains each step, what it costs on top of the purchase price, and where people usually get caught out. You are always welcome in the living room of one of our offices.
